Berlin: Savills lets 12,600 sq m at the Cuvry Campus and achieves full occupancy

Three companies have secured the final available space at Berlin's Cuvry Campus.

SolarisBank AG has leased approximately 4,100 sq m and Scaling Spaces GmbH around 2,900 sq m in building F, with Unicorn Workspaces taking out approximately 5,600 sq m in building D. All three tenants have agreed ten-year leases.
 
The property at Cuvrystraße 50-54 / Schlesische Straße 33-34 is in a prime location in Berlin-Kreuzberg, in the MediaSpree submarket, which has a high concentration of media and communications companies. Savills has been the owner’s sole agent since November 2018 and secured Lieferando as the first anchor tenant. Less than a year later, the real estate service provider has achieved full occupancy at the complex.
