Scott has extensive experience as a Valuer based in Auckland, since starting out in the industry in 1999. His experience encompasses all sectors of the urban property market however his focus has been on investment properties.
Scott has extensive experience relating to all forms of real property valuations and is currently a Director in the team.
His experience encompasses industrial, commercial and retail assets as well as specialist properties such as airports, marine ports and childcare centres.
Scott is also actively involved with valuing land holdings owned by KiwiRail.

- Bachelor of Property, University of Auckland 1998
- Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand
- Associate Member of New Zealand Institute of Valuers
- Registered Valuer under Valuers Act 1948
- Former Chairman for the Property Institute of New Zealand’s National Education Committee
